A trust formed for one purpose: that people, and the living world they belong to, heal and come alive. It holds Erlandia so that the work stays what it is for.
The purpose
One purpose. Paradise on earth.
Not perfection, and not the absence of challenge. A living direction: created, lived in and enjoyed, and continually renewed by the people inside it.
It is a kind of abundance you do not count. Not more things: more in each thing. More to notice, more to feel, more that becomes possible. Life at higher resolution.
It begins small and practical. A safe, healthy place where a person can learn, heal and grow is already a piece of it. Paradise on earth is the same thing at greater depth, across more of the qualities that make up a life.
Paradise within builds paradise around you. Paradise around you builds paradise within. Each strengthens the other, so what is built here does not just add up. It multiplies.
The work
Three things, in order.
Everyone is already trying to make life more wonderful. What differs is how well it goes. The Trust exists so that it goes well, for more people, for longer.
Helping
Giving people what makes their own effort finally work. Erlandia's Operating System is free to every member: methods that do what they are for, so they give the best results for the least effort. The Trust keeps it free.
Healing
A person who is protected without being punished grows unafraid. Healing here means boundaries that hold, agreements made awake, and conflict met with mediation rather than force. Stronger people carry stronger capacities into their families, their work and their communities.
Restoring
Paradise is not built once. It is tended. The Trust holds the ground on which practitioners, organizations and communities build, so that what is restored in one life can be kept, shared and renewed by the next.
Stewardship
What the Trust holds.
Erlandia is an ecosystem, not a business: a purposeful environment for mankind to create, interact, learn and explore. Many organizations live within it, each with its own purpose and its own work, on a floor that is shared and free.
The Trust is that floor's keeper. It manages Erlandia so that the ecosystem stays what it was made to be:
- Not for sale. The complete Operating System is free to every member. Payment never buys capability, qualification, authority or trust.
- Not a following. Erlandia grows when practitioners, trades, organizations and communities become stronger because a shared standard exists.
- Not a belief system. Nothing here requires belief. Questioning Erlandia is compatible with being in Erlandia.
- Many homes, one agreement. Every organization inside it runs its own way, inside the one agreement every member shares. Each can add to it. None can take away from it.

What we hold ourselves to
Promises, each with its test.
Made by the people who build and run Erlandia, to everyone who enters it. They ask nothing of you. Each comes with the question we put to anything we build or change.
Mankind has choice.
Every structure comes from choice and consent. Authority is never deferred; each person holds their own.
Can you say no, and can you leave, without it costing you what is yours?
Protection without punishment.
A boundary can be firm and a consequence real, and neither requires making someone suffer to make a point.
Does this protect someone, or does it make someone suffer to make a point?
Power with, never power over.
Clarity in place of obscurity. Agreements made awake, in plain words, or not made at all. Silence is never consent.
Was this agreed awake, in plain words, by the people it affects?
Nourish, never extract.
The teaching is free, the costs are plain, and the people who serve should thrive.
Is this nourishing, or is it extracting?
Honest about what is real.
